Respected Vijaya Gardens (Residents)<\/b><\/font><\/p>\n

Sir \/ Mam<\/font><\/p>\n

Propose to start the initiative to make our Vijaya Gardens Society more Lively, Cheerful and Good Environment<\/b> by conduct of Sports and Cultural Programme <\/font>
after regular intervals on Sunday’s, Holiday’s and Special Occasion Day.<\/font><\/p>\n

To start with Football we propose to organize;<\/font><\/p>\n

Children 6 (Six) \u00a0A Side Football Tournament<\/b>on 8th April (Sunday) at Vijaya Gardens Club House ground from 4.00 PM to 6.00 PM.<\/font><\/p>\n

1. Children of Std 9 (IX) and below are only eligible to play.<\/font><\/p>\n

2. Each team consists of 6 students including one goal keeper. <\/font><\/p>\n

3. No off side rule.\u00a0<\/font><\/p>\n

4. Entry fee of each team is Rs. 300\/- and per player comes to Rs. 50\/- only. Last date of entry is 4th April 2018.<\/font><\/p>\n

5. Each student has to submit Date of Birth proof. Current School Diary page of DOB or Adhaar card with Date of Birth on it.<\/font><\/p>\n

6. Knock out basis match. Each match will be of 15 minutes. (7-3-7)<\/font><\/p>\n

7. Medals to Winner and Runner team of 6 heads.<\/font><\/p>\n

8. Rolling Trophy will be awarded. Trophy to be returned to organizer after 20 days<\/font><\/p>\n

9. Fixture draw will be held on 8th April at the venue at 4.10 PM in the presence of participating team members.<\/font><\/p>\n

Please give this wide publicity among our Vijaya Gardens Society Children and help them in forming one team of your block. <\/font><\/p>\n

Please cooperate and lets join Hand Together and make our VG Society Children Active, Fit and Healthy.<\/b><\/font><\/p>\n
